Problems with Infineon software, please help - GSM-Forum

I try to read phone id with infineon software (MY3020),
i choose com1 and 19200 speed (higher speed hangs up program).
After choosing get phone id option, progress bar goes to the
end, and again too beginning, and then again end...
I'm waiting 15 minutes, and i don't have phone id :-(

What is wrong? Maybe shoud i wait more? One hour
maybe?

I have Win XP SP1, Sagem MY 3020 DH4,6N
141201 1108.

1 REMOVE your phones battery
2 connect cable
3 start software
4 press connect
5 press boot
6 insert battery

if you still have problems tell me what Version of infineon your using

try to use soft on win98 too

Dont change speed...leave speed at 115200 and try again,,..or try on another PC, but always use 115200 baud..

My software is Infineon version2. I'll try with another PC...

Hmmm, yesterday program was not working, today i choose 115200 speed and program works, strange :-).

So, my Sagem is now UNLOCKED :-)
