I set field 5250 to:
95EA73BB19FEA436E67A6A2817114E234B79CE5B835B436895 272E967DE4C9F3
I set length of field 5261 to 10 bytes and I set value 53 C5 48 15 4D 9B B3 9E F3 BE
I set field 268 to 00 00
I set 5259 to 95D53F815B671080AE07

the file attachment is after this modification!
but in file the field 5261 is missing! in phone the field exist and is set correctly.

phone say "sim not present"

so how you can have in eeprom dump in field 5250 value 95 EA 73 BB 19 FE A4 36 E6 7A 6A 28 17 11 4E 23 4B 79 CE 5B 9F 4C D8 55 64 E3 5B 71 1F 1D F8 0F ????

if you use sagem doctor - connect phone and try read field 5261. if it have length 0 bytes use key + and set field length to 10 bytes and write there value 53 C5 48 15 4D 9B B3 9E F3 BE
after it restart phone...

try read in sagem doctor only field 5261 - its possible?

no! is imposible to read the field 5261!

so use your eeprom backup with field 5261 and overwrite eprom in phone
