strange sagem mw3027 - GSM-Forum

i have one sagem mw3027 and it shows timeout when i read it with sagem logger .

1-the phone have a new version 08/03/02
2- it seems that the field 191 is protected i can't read it .
3- i tried to enter service mode in the phone -ok- prom menu -ok- i read all fields:
field 191= 251= 7722df92
field 192= dbf6e82b

what's wrong with this phone how can i read the log file.
Plz help

I have this problem too.
MW3022 firmwareDI4.6G - sagemt logger not work with new firmwares. In phone is new chip (infineon c166)
You can try new bootstrap utility (author Sowwwa) - www.sf.net - find sagem.
But this program is only for linux now...

This phone has some protected fields that's why i think it can't be read with sagem logger .

Is there any solution to read protected fields
