Member: 60581 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | i tried with all programs ver 11 ver 12 and sagem switcher.the message was device not found.When i tried with Sagem switcher for ver 10 work ok and upgrade box but for ver 12 the message was device not found. Is very strange. |

Member: 60581 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Sorry for late. 1. Program dongle with free hex. 2. if you open the program ver 10.1 you will see the message "error device contact retailer". Do not upgrade upd for ver 10 . You must upgrade directly upd for ver 11 3. upgrade upd for ver 12 All work fine now !!! If you update upd for ver 10 first you wiil have same problem like me- device not found when you try to upgrade to ver 11. |
