SCR v11 "device error" with original dongle


with SCR v10.1 dongle works OK

Goto gsminfo.pl sagem support at the bottom of your screen, enter your s/n off of the dongle. It will give you the update file, copy this into your ver11 software directory, and then run the software. It autoupdates the dongle, and then it will work.

If this is your Serial Number: 18605508 u don´t have original dongle. This serial is from free hex and therefore is no upd file @ gsminfo

1) you are wrong buddy this is not my s/n
2) i have bought dongle from man who has developed it, he make and sell them to gsminfo and other, who after sell you for 300$,but really this is no matter
3)my question was: where are on the support page update file is, but now it doesnt matter too because i get it form this man
4)gsminfo.pl - strange support

- create new folder
- write new v 11 exe file and last UPD file from support page
- conect dongle to LPT port and usb power cable
- open this v 11 exe software
- your dongle updating 100%
