I have a portable gsm monitoring system available for sale.
Manufactured by Cobbler Inc. I have everything except computer with database and sim cards. These systems complete sell for upwards of 30-50K USD. Any reasonable offer will be accepted. I can send pictures.
Please remember this does not come with a database. If you are familiar with these systems and are good with a computer you should be able to obtain a database. I do have the drivers available with this. This system is operated with either AC/DC or battery power.

It is a system for intercepting cell phone calls. You can see a similar system at Spy Equipment, Spy Grear, Surveillance catalog

Useless without database?

From talking to people who know about these systems. The unit still works but you cant get caller ID or be able to select the call you want to listen to. This unit can get up to 4 separate calls because it holds up to 4 sim cards.
