LCD is tested on other phone and work OK ,,,and this phone work with network good bu nothing on LCD ,,,connector is checked and OK ,,,what is next to check ,,I dont have any service manual to check LCD lines on PCB ,,,,who have good idea what to check on PCB

I flashed this phone ,soft is V13 and I flashed also V13 ,,but nothing happened ,,nothing on LCD ,,, what is latest soft ver,which I can flash this phone with v13 now?
