Hello,

have u try to resold the LCD connector on the PCB?...of course if u are sure that this is not a contrast problem (solvedable whith Martech for ex.). B.R.!

use jocker software and set contrast i hope phone will be ok

if u tried all and its not a soft prob, rehot cpu carefully and it will work
