A60 yes key not working


I have one A60 where the yes after testpoint cutting is not working.

Customer scratched TSP, but not very carefully.

Now the "yes" and both Display keys are not working.

I already have the pic of decoder. But I'm not able to solder a wire under CPU!

Is there any Solution like MC60 one?

only known way is desolder CPU and and solder a wire.....but it works 100%

how i can desolder cpu i have air station but how
its a deficulte operation
can some one tell me the degrees of hot and the trajectoy of hand of air to do for not damaged mu cpu
