C55 - turn off while press key - GSM-Forum

I got strange C55. When I press key '4' it turn off. I were thinking that some of uBGA is bad soldered and resoldered it but nothing. Anybody got any idea what's wrong?

i had same problem,resolder cpu,make new balls and all ok!

Why My New Siemens Phone Dos'nt Charge The Light On When Charging The Phone Why.and Its New C55 Please You Have To Reproduce This Model With Charger.

The CPU is under the "4" key. SOmeone has drop the fone on da floor.
The problem is repairable if there is no cracked solder pads under the CPU.
If so say welcome to Trash

Just rehot CPU, it solve the problem normaly
