C35i NOT charging - GSM-Forum

I opened this thread cause I didn't find any of this kind.

Problem is :
1. I got a C35i that is not charging (it shows it is, but in fact it isn't (Voltmeter probe) ) , although I upgraded FW to v24, checked and optimized battery parameters, tried other EEprom (also v.24).
It can't be PA, cause Vbatt is OK when making a phone call. (it drops just about 0,3V which I considered 2 b right).
I charged the battery separately and I've adjusted batttery parameters once again with no result. Battery keeps charge, no short circuits involved.

2.keyboard stops responding at times - but I guess it's CPU problem, not so difficult 2 fix.

Should I change Dialog?

change dialog i have repaired few S35 and C35 by changing dialog IC

this IC is your problem, change it

just clean between contacts for s35 width needle and keyboard will be OK
