Unhappy C45 blank display ?

what the problem is that :?
phone working - i can call and answer, display in good condition(tested at another phone) but display is blank.
I was try to change or resolder capasitors near display connector but problem not soved.

Any ideas ?

hmmm ... there r about 3 or 4 kinds of c45 displays, according to the manufacturers, hyundai, epson etc, some kinds didn't fit the other kind, try looking for other type of display

I was get two C45 with NO DISPLAY but I cant't repair!

Load different eeprom from other good C45, then repair with LOG/MAP file (repair check sums)! I think that contrast must be good in this moment, but still no display!!
Only rehot CPU is solution?

I have this problem too!
change SW and LCD didn't help me!
For me it's 100% hardware problem.
How to solve it. somebody know the correct solution.?

I have repaired few c45 and mt50 with this bug.
try to get working one and check upper part of pcb on not working one, probably you will find broken lines near lcd connector (even if they look for 'good' they are cracked under lacquer).

hello, thecult was your problem solved if it did post a detailed help message for a novice user. gom3z or anyone else! i wud be thankful if you do it too, write a detailed post explaining procedures, equipment etc.
