c45 and mt50 - sound of PA in speaker

Hi to all.
I have two siemens phones - C45 and MT50 - both with the same failure - when PA is working, I can hear a sound of it in the speaker. Anyone knows what's the reason?
Regards,
Tomasz WL

i tried it also - no work. I changed PA, antenna switch, antenna connector, two coils under middle shielding and also no work. Phone was "hard" dropped because mainboard is bent, but all except those "noise" is ok.
I have no other ideas what to do

i repaired MT50 - the big capacitor was broken (even the changed one) but I put big capacitor from nokia 3210 and it works fine. C45 probably has broken PCB - nothing works on it (PCB is bent).
Regards,
Tom
