c55 power of when press 1( or 4,or 2) - GSM-Forum

Like i say phone power off when pres key 1¸or 4.
I was reheated pcb ,tested battery ( ok), tested with continous power,always the same. When press 1 with mor power,phone switch off.
Wery probably is some brake in stamp,but where???

trayed but no sucsess.and i dont know how to resold cp,and dont have a bga solder kit,and dont have a lucky... and, how high temperature cp can resist before he die???

rehot cpu / or remove it and reball it 100% work solution on A52/55/57 c55...
this models are big scrap

but cheap

and the temp is better be-250-265 C
with good flux /ERSA i mean for BGA and mBGA/.....if you dont do this before is better to go to service

well,after i rehot cp 5-6 time and phone is with same error,i decided to do something new. i was pres cp (hoted) with finger and phone is ded !

NO PROBLEM any more

! ANd now i even dont try to solve this new problem

You have maked a omelette with the balls

You need to remove and reball the cpu, then resolder on phone.
