...seems to be the bad cut testpoint. It is possible to damaged the KB6 line from the second layer. Use michroscope to see in the cutting area if you cutted one or more tracks. Your phone read SIM card???

Hi...

It's not logical that the keypad would not work after unlock.

The keypad is a direct connect to the CPU... with the exception of the KB7 line zener diode V151 is in series with KB7 .

Try removing the complete keypad, and use tweezers to checkout the keys.

If thats not working...you need to reflow the micro with hot air.
