Dead M65

I have a dead M65 that can not be read nor flashed via test point adapter and Martech II. So I suspect there is a hardware problem.
How can I find out where is the problem( faulty Dialog or CPU or Flash ? )?
Thank you for help
B.

Can Martech read anything from the phone? Maybe any FlashID? Which error do you get?

No,I can not read anything. from the dead M65. When I touch the M65 testpoint with the red connector of the testpoint cable, Martech says that I should push IGNITION button( I think that is the black button on the test point cable).
But even though I push the ignition button nothing happens and it seems to me that Martech is still waiting for something
Any idea where th eproblem can be ?
Thanks
B.

Use power supply. Then press pwr on, does it make the ampere meter get any reaction [move]? Normaly 0.02A - 0.06A when pwr on pressed.
If not; check power lines and dialog. Also the connection of keypad and it pcb connector.

First step, is power lines, if it work, then you can go to determine which one get damaged.

When I connect power supply and push ON/OFF button on the phone I can see that there is a current consumption at about 276 mA and lower but for very short time, for only about 0.5 sec.
Eventhough I re-hot Dialog, Eprom and CPU, the result is the same - after pushing ON/OFF button on the phone,I can see on the connected power supply, current at about 276 - 170mAh for very, very short time and although I am still pressing On/OFF button, the current stops.
Where can be a problem then? Does it mean that dialog is OK and also power lines?
Thanks for help
B.
