please help how to repair this phone which is not charging at all

The many years ago, I think in 1820, I had a charging problem with this phone model.
I remember I did a software update, and after update, resolves the issue.
I remember that I plugged the charger, gave the signal load and then hang up.
the cell phone worked all correct, but when I plugged charge, the sign the charge blinked and after 2-4 seconds turn off.
