help with el-71

i have siemens-benq el-71 with keypad problem only power on/off is worked

nothing other so i can't start my phone ( ok not worked )

is there any solution

motherboard is so clean : no water , no damage , nothing ...

...try to rehot CPU.

It is possible to have bad connection (balls) between CPU and phone pads.

Start your phone with the red key (poweron/off), your phone is started and don't respond OK taste (aircraft control), or your phone not started?

my phone start with on/off key, and when i want to confirm with ok button nothing hapening, all key stop working , only the on/off key work perfectly

...in this case is verry possible to be the software problem. Your phone "freeze" after boot. Open papuautils, enter in Service Mode, go to "Various" menu and click on " 71 (block)". You now are disabeled the "Aircraft check". Power on your phone and see what is happened. Normarly your phone enter directly to the "Normal Mode" function (appair network....). Try to enter in menu. If your phone freeze, you need to defrag your software (of course using papuautils) or to flash with the good fullflash file.

i try your solution , " 71 (block)" , phonr boot without asking for aircraft and defrag software but nothing , i will try to flash it but i don't known where i can get a full flash for el71 and loader because i think popua can't flash it. can you help me please, and thank you very much for helping me.

Hi,
for fullflash file, go to http://eh.student.utwente.nl/~landy/...r=Repair_FuBu/

user: mobile
password: elibom

and download "EL71_Fullflash El71 v45 pl lang(cleen).exe" , run it (extract .bin file) and flash with the X65 flasher software (search on this forum for this - I suggest to use 2103 version) . You need to use testpoint or BsReader midlet. To use X65 flasher you have the option to save "config.ini file" from papua (click on "x65flasher.ini from the "Codes" menu - after SKey and BKey calculation and save this file on the X65flasher folder) or directly calculate SKey and BKey with X65flasher - testpoint or java midlet procedure. Search on this forum how to calculate this keys on the X65 phones (EL71 is X86 series, but not is important...).
