HEP ME start-up failled - GSM-Forum

when I swich on my SX1 appear next message:
Start-up failled.Contact the retailer.7)

I tried to reinstall the soft for my sx1 (version15), but didn't work.
Please help me, because I can't do anything

if error code 7 change batery. its ok. %100
