S55 "Battery empty! Please recharge problem" ???

I have a S55 which seems to be in good condition but it has the problem that it says Battery empty! Please recharge, and is not powering on. I tried replacing batteries with good working ones, but still the same it is not going to power on. I tried fullflashing and restoring battery parameters too, but no success. Has anybody an idea?
thanks in advance

Did you mean the website listed here? http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/show...ighlight=landy

If it's software problem, don't you think they wouldn't have produced the phone and given it to the public? I doubt they'd be giving out faulty phones...

Of course it is also on MC60 PCB!

Maybe that is the reason why you get the error

I made a pic of MC60 PCB and marked you the resistor (see attachment)

If you can't find it it seems to be missing!

And if this resistor is missing you will get the error! So just solder a new one (I belive 330k) to the PCB and all will be ok again
