Siemens M56 does not charge - GSM-Forum

I have a siemens that does not charge it's battery. I have check the charger and it is working. I have check the charging port and it have power but when I check the battery port there is no power there. The Phone comes on and everything but will not charge the battery can someone please tell me what I can do to solve this problem.
