siemens sk65, can ANYONE help me, please???

I need help, this phone is driving me insane!!!
i bought this phone on ebay (i know, i know, bad idea) well when i turned it on it said enter phone code and i didnt know there was a phone code so i called cingular and they gave me the wrong code 3 times, so now it says disabled! wtf? thanks cingular! so then the day after the phone gets disabled i get an email from the guy i bought it from saying "oh by the way the phone code is 9758" WTF!!!!!!!! argggg damn it!!!
can anyone help me unlock this phone????????? please i am begging you!!!!!!!!! help me????????? i hate this phone, it just sits there and mocks me saying haha im disabled and you cant do anything about it!...............okay so it cant say that but if it could it would, im sure. how do i fix the phone? can it be fixed or should i take it into a field and kick the crap out of (like in office space- with gangsta music playing and everything)
