no, There 3 services inside mobileEx.
Nokia, UFS COM emulator, and Papua (S-Gold and E-Gold)
Papua on mobileEx is completely free via ufs/JAF
The dongelized are nokia service suite and ufsx to com emulator.

Im sure, the coder read the warning inside joker source
