sl45 power off after lamp off - GSM-Forum

hi, i have this weird sl45, it always shut off when we insert card, found network, after the phone lamp off, the phone also power off.

i've change cpu, both of the 4 meg and 2 meg flash ic, fullflash the phone, power supply (dialog), both of the micronas ic, the mp3 decoding ic, clock crystal, 13 mhz crystal, 14.725 crystal ... (shortly all the big ic in the logic block has been changed) and also the final has been changed, but the problem still exist, what could be anymore ?

nb : if we don't insert card, the phone doesn't power off and if we insert card and found network but keep the light on by keep pressing any button, the phone also doesn't shut off

I have one SL45 like your's - the board was damaged under CPU. Some of the contact points were missed.

I had that problem, and I fixed with new clock 32.75 kHz.

Try to change PA also CPU and quartz( see capasitors close quartz(13Mh or 26) )

Just change RTC crystall (32.768)
