I'am really dissapointed with the volume of the original speaker the sx1 has.I've heard the sound quality and the volume output of the new Motorolla mp3 playing models and I am really impressed!Has anyone tryed to replace the siemens speaker with something more sophisticated?

i think you should try to replace it with original speakers. Order it from Motorola authorised service centre nearer to you.

One guy in comunidad-siemens change it to nec's speaker, but the volume depends by firmware
