CF62 bad TP cut Solution?

Hi,

Before making the jumpers posted by spulber001 here

http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/atta...6&d=1133449446

I`ve maked the measurement between the different points, and there is continuity!!!! how is it possible, and the phone say "Insert Sim Card"......

I measure between:

Sim card 6 - R1614 = piiiiiiiiiii
Sim card 1 - R1605 = piiiiiiiiiii
Sim card 2 - pin 4 of V1605 = piiiiiiii

Any idea?

Thanks for you reply Chris, but for me is not possible remove the cpu.

The question is why the phone have link between the points marked by spulber001 and the phone say "insert sim card".

When I make the cut, is no really a cut, i have made a scratch.

Is possible other reason for the phone say "insert sim card" ??

Because the connection was aborted between the resistors and CPU.

And you check the connection between Sim connector and Resistor

Ways are CPU-->Resistor-->Sim Reader

Yes, your "scratch" is the fault reason
