DIV v8.1 will be released on ~22-Aug-2003 - GSM-Forum

Hi,

New DIV 8.1 software will be released in ~10-14 days starting form today, 10-August-2003..
The software is almost ready, but now we are in holidays and will be back on 20-August-2003. This is the only reason for delay of this update.

What DIV v8.1 will do is described here:

- full support for unlocking new T610 version R1L and up.
- fix „NO ACCESS” problem on repaired phones.
- repair totaly erased (damaged) GDFS on T68, T200, T300, T310, P800, T610
- posibility to write full GDFS files like AVR flash files (no more ERROR 4017)
- posibility to write full AVR flash (include GDFS part area too)
- can repair any T68, T200, T300, T310, P800, T610 with software damages (even if Flash IC or CPU was changed or totaly erased)
- recalculate all CRC (checksums) after flashing GDFS part area, include SCRC (NO ACCESS problems), DCRC1, DCRC2 (4 locks closed problems) on T68, T200, T300, T310, P800, T610

All this functions is allready implemented in DIV v8.1 software who will be released on ~22-August-2003

Your customers thought DIV 8.0 can do these things.
They have been cheated a little...

We are preparing some new features that you will not be able to copy from Fighter.

but Why Not Put Soft div 8.1 On support page Now

and go for vocation in the moon

U must know some thing ,for ur cutomers lacted in north africa

it's in this month when they work well on unlocking phones

(phones taked here by thousands of imigrants there in europe)

just on summer Not before not after

so please we trust on u and we hope that u'll put this on support

page today or tomorow not in 22-08-2003

coz we will lost lot of money (10 days of unlocking repairing)

i hope that u understand

Yes, I understand, but I'm in holliday from 7 days ago and will be until 20-Aug-2003. Yesterday and today I have to wait a airplane, so I 'find' one PC and 'solved' some rummors. But I'm 500km from my home location now, so... The announcement was made to stop all talkings about 'no support', 'DIV 8 cracked', ....... bla, bla, bla .....

If you are really in so hurry, there is option to sell your DIV 8 dongle now and buy SE-Fighter. But of course you have to get ~400-500$ more from your pocket for this kind of "exchange".

Again, support will be on DIV8, but right now is hot summer and I take a 3 weeks holliday.

There were two options:

1. sell crap early -> make more money -> have a good vacation
2. later start selling -> make less money -> no vacation at all

Every software has bugs, but DIV8.0 is a big cheat on customers.

I never have attacked your product, but i pissed off with your stupid attitude to div's software.
Look above - div's message is not for you. It is info to all existing customers. Of course you are one of the first customers, because div was the first. You copy/paste - not div.

I'm using div almost 1 year - yes sometime have bugs, but at last they are ever solved.
From another side - few thousand dongles has been sold for 1 year from all resellers. The world make sonyerricsson phones with div and this is fact, never mind how sad this look in your envy eyes.
I already told you and here is again - to spit over other competition product is not the right way to increase your sales ...read my old post. And stop please !

there are other soft options out there for sony ericson phones
myself i am fed up reading div on forum. there must be 10
alternatives its like opening the newspaper in the morning
and seeing David Beckham s face after a while its anoying
Leads soft is quite unique sevice soft div is i think more
criticised because of the author all soft has bugs try panasonic
lets leave it there. What about buy smart ericson tool no argument
