You can't flash the ARM area with Div (any version)

@chubby: There's only limited old files for the P800 for Div, at least released to the masses. I'm not sure about what's on the Div support (ha!) site.

Do you have a copy of Fighter? You'll need it to be able to flash the files required.
First of all attach to the phone part and flash the latest AVR file from the download area.
Then attach to the PDA part and flash the Symbian Files. Then flash the customisations (this will erase all the userdata so make sure it's backed up if you care about it!)
Then click on Flash ARM and flash in the latest bluetooth update.

You should then have a working phone. If you get errors during flashing any PDA/ARM part, be sure to lower the baud rate.
