Problem while flashing with DIV under XP

I have a big problem flashing T68i , T200 and others under Win XP.
While I try to flash , software do:

Bypass boot authority ... OK
Initialise Boot ... OK
Send data to flash ... OK

When it starts upload AVR , software lacks and do nothing, don't write nothing to phone, so progress bar remains at 100% , not reseting to 0% after software says Upload AVR and that's all.......

How can I solve this problem, I don't want to use terminator on LPT, BTW, it can flash phones with DIV cracked, but I've bought DIV usb to have a working software not a crap

Please help!
