3650 - how to manually put phone in local mode for use with griffin?

I have 1 piece of 3650 that hangs on Nokia logo ( it does not fade off after hanging...it justs stays this way with the screen lights on for hours)

i can flash it with griffin no problem

but i cannot reset factory settings, format user area or unlock (even if griffin says succesfull on format FS or User area it does not show the process barr)

I need sollution to manualy put phone in Local mode so that i can reset FS and format user area with griffin.

try to modify your cable by altering your bsi line.

this is what I did to my cable

connect a 6.8k resistor across bsi and ground
then connect a 3.3k resistor in series with bsi line.
my cable has a green wire for bsi line.
hope this helps u.

10x
now phone enters local mode...

but no help on unlocking, reseting FS, Formating User Area

i had tried all griffin versions from 1.983 to 2.02 - unlocking not works

same on flashing (succesfull) and reset FS after....unsuccesfull.
same on format user area: nor progress bar appears...but griffin fails.

i also flashed the 2.16 HK firmware in it and put it in the 4 nokia logo faid state...tried to upload pmerase.fia....but no help....phone does not come out from this state.
if i flash it again on 3.16 firmware...phone stucks to nokia logo again (the 4 faid logo problem dissapears).

so i'm kinda out of sollutions here...

PS. with modified cable after mudchild scheeme I succesfully repaired one 3650 in "Phone startup failed" state....but this ones who stucks at Nokia logo is begining to give me an headache

also 2 yellow cards on Griffin produccers:
1. bad cables....is the 3'rd cable that had problems...and had to adjust myself...
2. bugs in software....
