5100 v4.05 after language Contact Service - GSM-Forum

I flashed 5100 v4.05 language pack, after phone show me contact service , i maked shelf-test and see sim-lock error, i tryed unlock, but no rezult "Failed unlock SP lock"

How repair phone ?

Why you dont Flash MCU and PPM ?

And then Unlock .

I have tryed flash all MCU and PPM , after i make unlock, but i can't unlock phone , SP lock failed
