6100 problem

I have a problem in 6100.When I turn it on, it gives
a blank screen.I think its a software related problem.

I tried it to flash it with griffin. But error FFFF9003.But I can
detect the phone and read the parameters.

I execute BB Self Test.Only this test is failed
Fail - ST_SIM_LOCK_TEST
i have tried by pressing Unlock but "communication error"

can anyone help me??

Thanks
