6610,7250 after flashing halfway it says power on phone - GSM-Forum

I am not able to complete the flashing for 6610 and 7250 it will prompt me to turn on the phone manually. What is wrong with the phone???

And same thing for 3310 as well. after flashing halfway it will prompt me to turn on the phone to set faid, what is wrong with the phone???
