7600 can send SMS but can not make a call - GSM-Forum

Can I fix it somehow?
I unlock it and change the language, it can send SMS but when I try to make a call - nonthings happened

I think it might be stolen. Sure sounds like it! Had the same problem with a Nokia 5100 and it turned out to be stolen.

I'm not an expert but I think that might me the problem. Sorry that I can't be more helpfull.

yes it sounds blacklisted, normaly it says like the phonenumber called doesn't exist when you try to call from a blacklisted Nokia...
It's easy to check if the IMEI is blacklisted, put the imei from the 7600 in a DCT3 phone, and check if you can call with this phone...

Guys, my operator have no blacklists, I live in Russia, there is never been operators blacklisted phones

reset factory setting. If it don't work, try to write PM and unlock. It's work 100%. Tested by me.

Just make a factory default on this phone.....fixed a few 7600 with this problem by making factory default !!
