Member: 12578 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 60 | Advice required - Griffin box GOLD I have a customer with a original griffin gold box. Box is about 10 months old and hardly used, but he wanted to unbrand a 6230 on Orange. So he ran latest 2_861 software, downloaded the .GUL file from support and updated box which ran smoothly! He connected handset which displayed LOCAL MODE and clicked DETECT PHONE. Now after displaying TRYING AUTOPOWER and asking to power ON phone and click yes still nothing happened. He tried again with LOCAL MODE on screen and chose NO and again nothing!! He tried again with 2 different phones but still not detecting any handset! The green light is on with orange light flashing!! The box is recognised by the griffin software and even allows use of X70 logger etc, but it just will not detect any handset!! Any idea's on what I can ask him to do next cus I have ran out of idea's now......... |
