Again problems with the original Griffin Box!!! What is the problem with these Griffin boxes? Are they mad or I am mad. I had my box cloned ( my reseller cheated me) and I had always problems with it. Now my reseller has delivered to me the original Griffin Box, but I am having problems continuously with it too. What can be the problem. For example today I was working on a dead set 8310 and the box continuously gives me error "Flashing Failed". But it was my luck that I realized that the erasing procedure is being skipped fast and there is shown "Erasing took 20 seconds", while the normal procedure for erasing the flash of a 8310 set is about 80 seconds. So I prepared the old cloned box, changed the operating system, uninstalled all new Griffin programs, and installed the old ones which worked well with my cloned box. Voila, the cloned box does magic. The phone is alive again and erasing and flashing procedures go very well ( erasing tooks about 70-90 seconds, and flashing is done to the end). After this, I tried again with the original box, but it is unable to flash the phone, it always skips the erasing process, and the progress bar moves very fast ( 20 seconds). And it just kills the phone. I tried on all the operating systems that I have installed on my computer Win98, WinME, Win2000, and WinXP, but always the same. What can be the problem. Maybe, even Griffin Team is unable to explain this problem. thanks in advance

Today I tried again that phone with the old cloned box that I have and it is flashing the phone amazingly, while the original box and the new executables are just bypassing the erase flash process and killing the phone. Has anybody an idea what this is? You can see screenshots taken today here...

Hello people, So you don't have any idea about this problem? Where is Griffin Team? Today I had a 6100 with software problems. I tried flashing with the original box, but it failed to do this and the phone was dead. So I have luck that I still have the cloned box, and managed to survive the phone again with this cloned box. This is a great problem that should draw the attention of Griffin team, but they are sleeping.
