Nothing Happens :ma:

Phone still asking for network Key ....

Now what to do ?

Try with Motorola test card.
Enter ###765*08# and then select Network Code and enter NCK. If this doesen't work, wait 15 minutes and try again. This usually happens when someone has entered wrong codes few times.

I leave phone Remain Power ON for 1 hour
now i tried & Code worked Good
