c62 client does not works properly on 70% of phones

Hi guys!
I got a problem - cannot connect phone to c62 client. Only with few phones all going ok, otherwise:

Pressed "Check cable" button:

Connect the correct phone!!!

Power on the phone!
Sending loader...
Loader sent.
Prepare for loader2...
Loader 2 OK.

Test1 in progress...
Test1 OK.

Test2 in progress...
Test2 OK.

Finished.

After this pressed "boot" button:

Power on the phone!
Sending loader...
Loader sent.
Start problem:0003

So I tried 3 totally different cables (MAX207, MAX232 and china made cable) on 2 different PCs - got the same bullsh@t. I don't think that it is my cable problem.

Just forget to say - tried on 4 phones

@Legija:
I see how perfectly it does work :-) 2 PCs, 5 different boxes, 8 phones, Win98 and WinXP - cannot boot any of that phones, even a brand new working one. Griffin C62 unlocker works well, flashing with flash programmer works well, only this SW is perfectly unable to connect phone...

@SoftMobile: yes, using 1.017 and also tried 1.013 - no luck
