Error while trying to unlock GX30 with Logger - GSM-Forum

Hi

Trying to unlock GX30 with Logger Ver1.2. When it says 'Press and Hold Power Button' and I do, it comes up with 'Failed to boot phone- terminating'.

Its a brand new factory made cable, I am using it first time so not sure if it is cable problem. Can anyone please suggest what could be wrong.

Problem solved.

You have to be very quick to press 'power on and keep it pressed' and not wait for the message to be displayed telling you to do so.
