having problems unlocking dct3 phones

dct4 works fine

got 2 griffin boxes and having same problems both orignal

just wondering is there any file i need to install with the griffin to get the unlock working only on dct3 phones

says something like imei

any advice

u have to chose a dct3 phone and phone must be on...

Ive been told the griffin is not good for unlocking DTC3's, use a free calculator ??
