I just have Griffin BOX
but i don't know how to beginning

I want Manual for flashing 6600, N-Gage, 6230, 8310 and 8250

Can Someone help me?

MCU is the main software of the phone, while PPM is the language pack, CP is contain file it's for default factory wallpaper ringtone etc. if u want to just change the language just simply flash the ppm. if the phone is not ok u might want to full flash with mcu and ppm. while CP is only for series 40 like 7210 6610 7250, as for 6600 3650 7650 only needed MCU n PPM.
Unlock is use to unlock Service provider lock or also to cure Contact Service problem in series 40 phone, while Format user area is to format the phone user area(not the system itself) very useful in curing most symbian set. all phone tat have been undergo full flash all the user phone book and other data will be gone. tat a little itsy bitsy info about griffin flashing.. futher info on repairing handphone u might want to consult other more expert user here...
after all i am just a minor

and for 8250 i felt is better for u to flash and tuning using older ver software like Rolis and DCT3 Flasher it proven better rather than griffin.
