NOKIA 3650 4blink Problem. - GSM-Forum

4 month ago I received one NOKIA 3650 which have the 4 time blink than off. I repaired that phone by flashing ERASEppm using GRIFFIN and than I returned that phone back to the CUSTOMER.
But now I recieved that set again with same problem 4 time blink than turn off..

I tried same way but don't don't work..

but when I flash it with chinese flash file its work ok..
but when I again flash english its give 4time blick problem.

any one guide me.. how I can repair that phone again.

NOKIA 3660 After change UEM then write RPL the phone become blink goes white screen.
Any one can help me... How to repair the phone

bro. what kind of rpl did you use? rpl of 3660 is different from 3650 rpl. if you uu already use 3650 rpl, you have to change UEM again.
