Problem In Support GTI

I have problem in support GTI after this Step.
The new GTI download way for existing users
---------------------------------------------------
- Download GTI tool v2.03b2
- Connect GTI box to LPT or USB
- Connect power supply ACP-12 (original Nokia phone charger)
- Start GTI tool v2.03b2 and go to "about" tab
- Press "GoSupport" button
---------------------------------------------------



The new GTI download way for new users
---------------------------------------------------
- Download GTI tool v2.03b2
- Connect GTI box to LPT
- Connect power supply ACP-12 (original Nokia phone charger)
- Install FLS-4Drv-Jun10-141542.exe more details in
(FLS4_Instructions_V2.pdf)
- Start disableWarmPoll.reg
- Restart PC
- Start GTI tool and go to "about" tab
- Press "GoSupport" button
After this working the step i go to about >>> Go Support before open the site support before that stop page look the pic

Dear GTi Team,

I could not run Gti Tool. The go to Support does not work. Each time when I try it gives the reply ID: anonymous. Why is it happening? Is it this problem because of defects in GTi Box? I have tried this in several other PCs.

But the result remain the same. Please help me sort out this problem.
