can somebody had an idea on how to use its relock features for dct4 phone, coz ive tried one unit on 7650 but it fails to relock

Try To copy to another lock pone

1. set first the config key of 515020000000000 if globe
515030000000000 if smart

2. then set the lock value to 51502..etc..
3. then click lock or close...
