SE Client - Error:0002 PID problem - GSM-Forum

Hi @all,

I am new in Griffin Server. Today I wanted to unlock a F500i but I get this error: 0002 PID problem

What means this????

I´ve checked my credits --> OK
Battery is fully charged --> OK

Posible problems:

- Must use Windows XP
- Crusader is not activated for this box
- Must use Griffin SE cable (not UFS cable)
- Select right phone model from list
- Phone is powered ON
- Check firewall settings

For Griffin server u must:
1.Use XP
2.Have Griffin cable RG48
3.Disconnect all firewalls.

Do I really need activated Crusader in order to use the Logger???

If you want to use SE Griffin server you must have Crusader activated.

lissen i tested 1

i m use win98 se ( not use xp i have problem 0002 PID problem ) and last seclient

cable put it in griffin box

check account

remouve battry plug the cable in phone

puch bottom enable unlcok/ flash

put the battry wait when seccess

after this

remouve battry plug the cable in phone

only puch read codes ( because is dangerous )

wait when sending boot after this ( exact in this moment remouve and put quikly the cable ) and
and wait

this is work for me in 8 or 9 phone tested
