2 ask request and IMEI still ??? - GSM-Forum

I have read the ask file of ??? 7210 from griffin box and here is the content

then i received RPL from griffinteam
I try to write it to phone and IMEI still ???

so i decided to read the ask file again and here is the content

the i try it again and no luck the IMEI is still ???
i have used 2 logs for this and my phone is still ???
it is posible to repair this UEM or not?
can i get back my 2 logs for this?
is the data supposed to be different every time i read ask file?

griffin team help my username for logs is iph4617

it is 24 hours since my post and almost 3 days im in the dark. anybody want to help. seems im on my own.

and again no luck in repairing this phone IMEI
I used 3 logs credit for nothing.
