where is gti support

hi sir i had bought GTI for 1000$ but now cannot use it coz i culdnot download latest se exe. please tell me from where to download it i culd not get it by go support & i also culdnot find gti-forum. please tell me what to do.

How can you get the files to setop if the pc cant find GTI?
I had working program until had to reformat pc now when I try to get into support by running latest prog it cant fing GTI so cant get into support. Its just not seeing it on LPT port.
