1.0.38.11 read BB5 ask problem using usb cable

NSS: Checking connection...Done.
NSS: Forcing Local Mode...Done.
USB: Reading phone details...Done.
USB: Process keys...

Then software crashes and no ask created. It happened with N73 and a 6680, just tested with 6630 and all ok.

If you read closely what I said, it was tested with other phones and the ask file was created with no problems at all. So I really don't think it's cable problem, and about drivers they are the latest from Nokia.

Hi,

It's not bug, just you can't rebuild simlock if you don't have valid certificate
in the phone. Creating ask via USB is pointless.

Hi,

You need to load the NPC via some HW device first. This will repair the IMEI,
then the simlock could be uploaded as well.
