2310 V 3.21 updating firmeware error

Hi,


I tried to unlock 2310 using F1 with latest software NSS.exe Beta 1.0.38.8 but it seems there is a problem that i can't find it

NSS: DCT4PLUS Simlock Rebuild started.
NSS: Reading phone info...Done.
NSS: ->SW: V 3.21 20-07-06 RM-189 (c) NMP
NSS: ->IMEI: 359746xxxxxxxxx
NSS: Updating Firmware...NSS: Updating Firmware...Error!

Please help

Hi,

See if you can flash the phone from the Flash menu. If ok, then enable debugging in the fls dll while unlocking and check the error reason.

thanks for reply, i tried to flash it but without success , coz can't erase Area: 01010000-013BFFFF here is the screen shot

Well, i tested it with ufs and flash passed succesfully that means loader is good ? !

Important notice. Please make sure your cable BSI consist of 3.3k resistor or the battery BSI pin is touching the cable pin. Unfortunately alot of cable from China do not use the correct resistor basically they are custom made for box other boxes. (Unfortunately this cable do not even work well on this boxes too). Currently 1100, 6230, 3100 cables from some factory do not use 3.3k or even 48k on the vbatt to bsi resistor for their cables.
