How to create RPL file without phone in NSS 1.0.38.11

1. Plug F1, and open it in NSS (make sure that is not VUD device), now it's
easy to see from different toolbar icon. Make sure you are in DCT4 mode
(from Device Info menu, select DCT4)

2. Go to flash menu, advanced tab, fill the Asic Type and imei in the
'Phone HW Details' group. Check Manual box, then press Read. You will
see the BCD Imei box filled( make sure you enter 14 digits imei only).

3. Now make sure that 'Use RPL file' option is not checked and you have
entered valid password. Click on Load RPL File. Your file will be saved in
the BackUps\Rpl directory

Thats it.
